Will of John Sanders - 1768
Following is a will appearing to have been written by John Sanders on January 15, 1768. It was not signed, witnessed,
probated, or recorded. It was transcribed by Frances Henderson on May 10, 1999 from a copy received from another
family researcher, Sydney Davis. Attempt was made to include spelling, capitalization, and punctuation (or lack
thereof) as in the original. It appears to be legitimate.

Here it ends with no signature, no probate date, no witnesses and no indication that it was ever recorded. There is
some tiny writing at the bottom "Proved in Open." but that's all. On the outside it says "Sanders Will 1768 Not signed
or probated".
