WILL OF ABRAHAM SIKES - 1834

In the name of God Amen this may certify that I Abraham Sikes do make ordain and leave this my last will and testament in the following manners that is to say I lend unto my beloved wife during her life the house and plantation where on with one hundred acres of land and two feather beds and one year provision then I leave all the rest of my property to be sold and after paying all of my just debts the over to go to my wife life time and after her death to go to Elijah Prescott and his heirs and assignees for ever and this may also certify that I leave Nevel Russell executor to this my last will with to make sale of any property as he may think proper to satisfy the executions that against me then to see the at credit and settle the rest of the debts as he may find most convenant and to the best interest of my wife. In witness I hear unto set my hand and fix my Seal this November 27, 1834
